Tilapia

So I hate fish, always have. I hate the smell, taste, texture, and everything else about it. I'm also not very creative with my cooking so my recipes for chicken, turkey, and egg whites have gotten old and boring. I found a way to cook tilapia and I absolutely love it so if you're like me and you are not a fan of fish then I suggest you give it a try.

This is how the magic happens:

-spray some pam in a frying pan
-season fillet with garlic powder, lemon pepper, and parsley flakes on each side
-put stove top on med/high heat
-cook each side for 2:30 minutes

5 minutes is all it takes for this delicious protein packed meal to be cooked!
