I am setting a goal for myself to reach 5% body fat by August 31 2010. I have a list of 5 personal goals / reasons for wanting to accomplish this.
1. Lean muscle and definition. I'm going to go from 11% body fat to 5%.
2. I want a 6 pack.
3. I want to look my best for my photoshoot for Revelation Fitness on August 31st.
4. I want to improve my knowledge in bodybuilding for future clients that I train.
5. I want to blog about this so I can be held accountable by myself and anyone else who reads this.
